This thermometer couldn't be easier to use- simply press the button on the top and the LED displays your last temperature check (handy when you're unwell so you can quickly see if you are getting better or worse). Pop it under your tongue, breath through your nose gently and within a few seconds a bleep will alert you to it having taken your temperature.
I have tried this numerous times now on myself and my obliging partner although only under the tongue and we are both always within the normal temperature range. I like how fast this thermometer works compared to the more traditional version. It is also extremely easy to read as the display is large and clear. The probe part of it is soft and flexible so is comfortable to have under your tongue. If you have a temperature, the beeps apparently sound more urgently before displaying which I think is a good feature.

thermometer comes in its own, well packaged box which is descriptive and a brilliant, modern and safe design.
the item itself is really easy to use and is also spot on with accuracy! usually with these types of thermometers you have to allow quite a large difference in window but i have tried this against a Braun Thermoscan thermometer like the doctors use and it gets very very close!

This came in it's own box with instructions and a plastic storage box.
This is a plastic type with a LCD screen which is easily seen, there is a little white button next to the screen that switches it ON/OFF.
There is a battery compartment on the top of the thermometer, the cap pulls off and a small cell battery is in there.
This product only measure's in Celsius. I cleaned mine with a cloth with warm soapy water on it.
This is a great little thermometer which is designed to take the temperature of the human body.
I would take my temperature from under my arm or under my tongue.
The best place to find the core temperature of the body is in the rectum, however this would only be done in a clinical setting.
I found it useful to keep as it records the body temperature within 60 seconds.
This is very basic but works really well, I would recommend this more for adults than children as children do not sit still long enough when they are ill...
