Worth Keeping a Spare Set!!, 29 May 2015

I have bought these several times and they work great - but they are a consumable item and need periodic replacement - I think frequent twisting as you move around and getting wet when you wash them gums them up. You do need to make sure that you order the correct type for your Tenscare machine as my new machine required a lead with a different end and I didn't realise. I returned the leads and was refunded without quibble so no problem.

I didnt need these leads as the machine itself turned out to be faulty. So i contacted tenscare direct and they sent me out the probe bit, at a reduced price.However this didnt solve the issue, so they sent out a prepaid parcel so they could test the machine out which was less than 2yrs old, this was proved to be faulty and they have replaced the whole unit at no cost to myself.This is a fantastic piece of kit and it works.First class customer service from tenscare and amazon.

Very good and fit for purpose. However, the internal wiring eventually works its way free at the socket end and fails after about 3 months of continuous usage.
