I was a bit unsure to be honest. But its fantastic. Bought for my 9 year old who has an obsession with biting his nails to the point of having no nail left. He chews and bites this now instead. Finally has some nail growth. The strap is easily adjusted to size. Can be discreet as sits nicely under clothes. But as he chews all the time never hidden. Hes proud to show it off

After three weeks this chewy pendant has (so far) cured my son (7) of nail/finger biting which had become very bad. The pendant was much larger than I expected and although it is a hard plastic/rubbery material my son has managed to chew half of it away. Younger children could choke on the bits that can be chewed off. The lanyard (which was thicker than the one pictured) can be shortened and will come apart if it gets pulled too hard. Overall I'm happy with this item, but it is much larger than I expected and I didn't think my son would be able to bite chunks off it, therefore I have given it three stars.
