The material is so soft! And very stretchy! I wear size 44 on my hips and 42 on top normally, and I'm 185 tall. I ordered extra large and it has loads of room which I like I could wear a size down but I like the extra space. Also it is long enough for me to feel covered in the hospital without having to wear pj pants! Great purchase would recommend it to anyone
