I bought this trainer seat for my daughter as she has started to potty train and I wanted a comfy option for the @big girl toilet' I cost just as much as other trainer seats but when it arrived I was really disappointed with its quality. the padded seat barely fits into the base and it also deflated upon my daughter (whom at 2.5yrs only weighs 22lbs) sitting upon it for the first time and has never regained its shape it is now wrinkly and mishapen. My daughter ends up with red rings on her legs from the plastic base as a result. Really poor design. It takes a lot for me to leave a poor review but I genuinely feel that this product is very poor quality for money. Especially when I knw I could get a much better product for exactly the same price. What a disappointment :(

Padded Princess sliding seat !, 28 July 2009

Well I bought this as my daughter is so into everything pink and princess being a typical 3 yr old, looking back she has hardly used this seat and it was better purchasing the princess potty 3 in one throne as you can remove that seat and place it firmly onto the toilet and it wont move when kids attempt to get up on the loo themselves.This seat doesn't secure in place so when she tries to sit up on it it normally moves about so I have to end up lifting her onto it.The only good thing about it is being padded and its pink but really wouldn't waste my money - go for a 3 in one potty loo instead !.I would give it 2 stars only but I cannot edit the stars in this review for some reason !

This is a fantastic buy however the hole is small. I say small as my daughter is tiny as she was premature so if it was small for her then it gives you an idea of size. I am comparing the size to the regular ones you can get in Tesco, Boots etc. She does love it and holds onto the little handles and talks about the pattern on the seat. She loves that it was soft to sit on so would sit on it for AGES!! It has helped her enormously to use the toilet so much so that she didn't bother with a potty!! I would recommend this to anyone but check what size you buy first. I think they sell two sizes....Just buy this seat it's worth the money for the progress your child makes having one and it's cheaper on here than any shop.
