Some other heel creams/balms I've tried have worked fine but been very hard to squeeze out of the tube - this is not the case with this product. It's quite thin, so is easy to squeeze out and spreads well on my feet. It's quite a small tube, but you don't have to use much. It does contain urea (the ingredient which really makes it work) but does not have the nasty smell usually associated with this. I have cracked heels a lot of the time, especially summer, and this is now my product of choice and I recommend it.

Great for eczema aftermath, 27 Jan. 2016

So this is the only cream that can deal with the very dry, cracked and hardish skin that my eczema leaves in its wake. Apparently it is because it contains UREA. Many UREA creams are overly thick and sticky, this is not. I slather my hands in it and it helps them to retain some suppleness. It doesn't cause my skin to react either. It won't do anything for the root cause of eczema but it is GREAT for the resulting cracked and sore skin.

Fantastic!!! The best heel balm by a million miles, including Scholl. I would totally recommend it to anyone who has dry or cracked heels.
