Cannot explain how great this bed is. It is my 2 year old sons first bed and like all parents I was worries he would be in and out it all night but I can honestly say he has never got out of bed! He loves it in fact we recently went on holiday and on the way home he just kept saying 'Thomas bed tonight' it is worth every penny!!

What can I say about this bed, other than it is fantastic. Our son, who is nearly two, has started to get his leg over the edge of his cot, so we were forced to migrate to a big bed. This came along on a Black Friday deal so we took the plunge.

The wood the bed is made of is very good quality, and it is fairly easy to build, it took two of us about an hour, but we weren't out to break any records and our DIY skills could be summed up as 'Must do better'. Someone competent could do it a lot quicker. Our bed came with a nightlight too, which is in the form of a control dial. The funnel is connected by magnets and does not stick fantastically well, so we have left off for now.

When our son saw it, he was overjoyed. He wouldn't stop smiling. He is currently sound asleep in it, long may that last!

One slight issue, the first one we had was badly damaged, but Amazon sorted it out for us over the phone, first by sending a courier to pick up the broken...
