Unnecessary expense, 21 Aug. 2010
My husband purchased this helmet for our 7/8month old who frequently fell while trying to stand up or take steps.The helmet chinstrap was too loose and the helmet was too large for our baby's head. Whenever baby moved suddenly, the helmet shifted on his head and it resulted in blocking his view/vision. The helmet therefore results in baby falling more frequently because of the loose fit.Also, while baby was beginning to walk, I noticed that he quickly pefected the art of ensuring he lifted his head when falling and so the risk of a serious head injury was minimal.The helmet is really quite unappealing and I would be embarrased to put it on baby in public. Perhaps if it were designed to look more like a stylish bike helmet?In my opinion, the helmet is an unnecessary expense unless you have a child with diabilities that really needs something like this.

I am truly delighted with this product and happy to find something that protects my little boy's head as I was beginning to worrying about him falling when he started to walk. It is lightweight and offers very good protection so I was able to relax a little more! Money well spent. A must for every parent.

Only fits toddlers 1year and above, 15 Oct. 2013
Bought it for my 7 mth old. Not a good fit. Waste waste waste. Toddler doesn't wear it. Too late to return I guess. Bloody expensive.
