This bookcase is great for a childs room. Easy to put together & a very simple but effective design. My main problem with it is, that it's not very good quality, the wood is quite thin & flimsy, all the screws are exposed (which you can't see very clearly from the picture) & some of them were rusty. Some of the lacquer was marked also which made the appearance of the bookcase quite shoddy. I haven't returned it, as once it's on the wall & all the books are in it looks fine. It serves a great purpose & my 2 year old loves having it in his room as he is able to access all his books & they look lovely on display. Overall a good purchase, I just think it's a little bit pricey for the quality of the product.

...My five year old loves his new book case. He was so excited about have his own case that it's spurred him on to read more!I may have to get another one for him.
