Ouch!, 29 Sept. 2010
Who wants to spend £70 odd on the latest Baby Bjorn? I didn't so I bought this carrier.I found it moderately tricky to put the baby into it and to get him out - not too bad if I was at home, but very awkward on a train or aeroplane. What was a real pain was - literally - the pain. Carrying the baby in this carrier for any length of time (ie, over 5-10 minutes) made my back very, very sore. So sore that I ended up buying the Baby Bjorn after all. I found the Baby Bjorn a lot easier to use - it was astonishingly simple to get the baby in and out of the carrier. I also found it a lot less painful - the much vaunted lumbar support really did make a difference. Maybe whether this one will work for you will depend on the weight of your baby, how long and how often you intend to carry him/her, and whether you tend to suffer from back pain at all (though I don't, usually).

Better than I thought it would be., 10 Jan. 2013

I wasn't actively looking at buying a baby carrier. Purely due to the fact that when I had previously looked into buying one I was put off by the extortionate price tags that came with them.

I signed up for the Amazon Family membership a couple of months ago, which not only gets me free 1 day shipping, but also gets me regular discounts on many items.

Recieved a £5 off discount code for this (making it only £11.99). Thought, why not buy it. We are only planning on using it occaionally so at the price I paid for it I thought it would be worth getting & even if I only use it 3 or 4 times over the next 6-9 months, I'll get my moneys worth.

My first impressions of it on removing it from the packaging was, it looks and feels a little bit cheap (but hey, that's expected at this price point). On closer inspection, I thouhgt this is actually much better than I originally thought.

Yes it's a bit fiddly to get the baby in & out of (but I put that down...

Simple to use & baby enjoys it., 28 April 2010

I am pleased with this product and use it often. I needed the instructions when first putting it on, but after one look it's quite straight forward and not half as complicated as some of the others me and my husband have looked at buying. Baby is snug, safe and securely strapped in using velcro and clips, and sits very comfortably. My son is now 6 weeks and he has no complaints whenever we go out walking. I do not find (as the lady in another review does,) that this product pulls on my neck, but I do agree that as baby gets bigger it can be hard with all the weight on your front when going a long distance, (I have experienced some lower back discomfort) but I guess it depends on how strong you are and how heavy baby is. I do not see this as a fault with the product, to me the weight of baby is as fairly distributed as it can be, and for the price it is brilliant and does what it says. I would recommend this to my friends, but as with any front-only harness/carrier it has a fairly...
