Ordered these as wanted the string aspect so as not to lose the mittens. Two orders later neither pair arrived with string . Extremely dissapointing given the price

The mittens are great but did not come with the strings as advertised. Amazon's customer helpline couldn't send just the strings. Thankfully, Toby Tiger direct sorted the problem. The mittens themselves are great though.
