I ordered a hat for a 3-4 year old but received an extra small hat more suitable for a 3-4 month old child.Then I found that I could not exchange it so decided to go for a refund.The hat had arrived in a large cardboard box with a large amount of paper packaging so I decided to arrange for collection at my local corner shop.This also was refused and I was told that i would be charged £6 to return the hat.I decided to keep the hat, although I have no use for it at present. It was cheaper than sending it back.This is shabby service and not up to Amazon's usual standard.

The hat is lovely but I was sent the muti stripe one and not the pink one shown on the picture, very annoying!!!, 10 Feb. 2014
This is a beautiful hat, lovely cosy fleece lining my problem with buying this hat was that they sent me the multi stripe one when I ordered the pink one shown on the photo. I re-ordered another one and the same thing happened! Very annoying!!!
