Originally purchased this item for my 4 yr old autistic son and they have been a real life saver. They look great and unlike baby walking reins allow more freedom of movement in the arms. They are great for an older toddler especially as they don't look like traditional walking reins but work just as well.
They are very good quality and look very cute. You can remove the walking strap when not needed or tuck it into the backpack.Very easy to put on and remove, but clip too difficult for a toddler to remove.
I loved them so much I purchased them for my 19 month old, however they were much too big and rode up to her neck. she is however very small for her age but I have had to put them away for her until she grows a little.
You can purchase this item in pink or blue which I expect would look really cute on twins.
The only downside to these in comparison to traditional walking reins is that they do not offer any support, so if your child trips you cannot pull on them...

Purchased this backpack Walking Harness since we did not want to go with the conventional harness due to how they looked (long story). So we opted for this one, looks like a backpack and offers the same features.
The item is made of very good quality material, looks nice and as shown in the pictures. As for when using it, it was not 100% fit for purpose. The item is not a substitute for a walking harness, the shoulder pads slip upwards when trying to stop our child (15 months) from swaying and end up with the shoulder buckle kind of starling or pushing on the neck.
Another thing that was not ideal was the location of the Reins lock on the backpack, it is located inwards and not outwards, which seemed bit odd.
My conclusion is that this is just a backpack that you can add reins to it.
I did not return the item since our child liked it and she started putting her thing in and tried it several time.
NB: Ended up buying another proper...
