Toddler Training Bowl (x2) for Self-Feeding - "me-feed-me" by Salmon Luke (Pack of 2, Blue) is available in Dishes
The Salmon Luke "me-feed-me" tableware was invented by the frustrated parent of two young boys, after searching far and wide for a bowl which the children could use as they learnt to feed themselves. Every brand, shape and size of bowl was tried, from suction cup bowls which never stuck for longer than a few seconds to clover shaped bowls which looked promising but ended up being too shallow allowing food to easily be pushed out over the rim. Nothing really made the task of learning to feed any easier. So as the mother of invention is said to be necessity, a three year quest was embarked upon to attempt to invent the perfect training bowl and cutlery. After hundreds of design iterations and many hours of testing by young children across the country the Salmon Luke "me-feed-me" tableware was finally launched. The winner of many accolades and design awards, we hope that you'll agree that this is the very best bowl and cutlery designed for the job of learning to self-feed. In fact, your satisfaction is very important to us, and is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely convinced that our dinnerware improves your child's self-feeding, we will refund the full sale price plus all shipping and handling costs, without hesitation.

You won't appreciate how good this product is until you own one and see it being used on a daily basis.
We purchased one of these for our first daughter from a friends recommendation after trying several traditional bowls and witnessing the frustration as she chased food around her plate (often ending in the bowl accidentally or deliberately flying off the table!). From the very first mealtime she was able to feed herself. It just works. Amazing.
The satisfaction of being able to feed herself soon made the mealtime experience much more enjoyable. We all benefited and mealtimes became a real family affair, with less fussing or one of us having to hand feed continuously. It’s still in daily use, which says a lot for the robustness of the product, and as now she is approaching 3, and is an accomplished self-feeder, we use it more for convenience, as it's faster and cleaner than using a regular bowl.
We're so glad these are back on the market, as...

I bought two of these bowls and the matching cutlery for my son, and they were by far the best products I ever bought him. He was self-feeding so quickly and happily with these, and even today, aged 6, he uses the bowls.
The bowls are fabulous - sturdy enough to making tipping them over pretty much impossible, and the little curved corners are ingenious. My son chased food into the corners and scooped it right up - no mess at all, and he ate every bit of his meals. Ideal for all finds of foods - tomato soup was a firm favourite! The matching cutlery is perfect for the bowls - easy to fork and spoon; easy to catch food; easy to get in the mouth; just the right size. I became such a Me Feed Me fan I'd put a bowl and cutlery in the rucksack whenever we went out to eat - much easier than restaurant-provided stuff.
Now my daughter is 10 months and starting to want to feed herself, I'm stocking up again.
For me, this product is right up there with the best...

After being recommended this by friends who had wasted money on several other bowls and cutlery before buying this one I bought this for it's self feeding design. The cutlery fits into my baby's hands very nicely. At 12 months old he can put the food into his mouth himself with both the fork and spoon and I have found the cutlery a great transition from using his hands to using cutlery - since we have followed Baby Led Weaning from 6 months he is now showing interest in cutlery, until now he preferred to use hands. He hasn't scooped from the bowl himself yet as he is more interested in trying to pick the bowl up as he has always had food directly on his high chair tray before - he is very inquisitive! So at the moment I am doing the scooping then handing the loaded spoon/fork to him, but he is watching me and hopefully soon he will take over - I can see myself how the design will work very well with both spoon and fork when he is ready, he's still working things out. Both the spoon...
