Be careful when opening as sides May split, 19 Oct. 2015

I usually used a different brand that I brought from home bargains which only cost a few pounds and were very strong and good value. However, they started to no longer sell these, so I was forced to look elsewhere. These have the measurements on the side and the double fastening to reduce the likelihood of leaks, however I have opened three now which has split down the side. Which means I've had to throw 3 away already. So I'm a little disappointed. There are also quite expensive compared to the brand I originally bought however I think this is the standard price for them and the ones I found in the cheap shop were quite rare. So all in all little bit disappointed that three of them have ripped already. Hopefully this is just a bad batch though as I'm really not all that strong

Split seams when defrosting, 20 Sept. 2015

I purchased these around 3 months ago but it is only now I am starting to take them out of the freezer that I am finding problems. Bags themselves seemed fine when I filled them (indeed I like the style of these bags) but a few bags have leaked whilst de-frosting. Some have split seams & others seem to have split right in the middle of the bag. Either way they leaked a lot of milk, which is awful when you've spent hours & hours expressing. They were stored correctly & I've not had any problems with other makes of bags I have used (Lansinoh & Spectra). Maybe I just had a dodgy batch, but unfortunately the bags don't have batch numbers on for me to check.

Bags are difficult to open, many of them have ripped down the seams on the side rendering them useless....
