Great way of allowing little ones to explore different foods without too much washing up! The plate stays put on the magic mat provided that you stick the plate to the mat before you try and stick the mat to the highchair tray or table surface (not sure why but it seems to do the trick). Would have given it 5 stars if the mat had come with the plate and not had to be bought seperatly.

This plates are great for baby led weaning and toddlers. Children see what's on the plate (unlike in the bowl) and cleverly designed shape helps then learning spoon feeding. The three separate parts are great to introduce foods for over 12 months toddlers. Also I noticed less mess to clean since I started using those plates.

Only complaint is you need to buy the suction mats separate I would rather have paid an extra few pounds and have all items needed in one order...great plates if your little one is exploring tastes/ textures
