Used with thicker comfort milk, and now I also add thickener powder as baby has reflux, and these bottles are ideal. Tip of the day: if baby has reflux try Cow and Gate Carobel thickening powder - it has eliminated reflux in my bottle fed baby. It has avoided the need for meds. The doctors will not tell you this because it is expensive for the NHS ! ! But you can buy from a pharmacy for about £4-5 a box. Worth every penny. I told my GP it worked wonders so I now get it on prescription.

These have a x on the top (variflow).Wish I had found these first because I've spent a small fortune on teats!!First of all I bought the fast flow tests due to baby being on a thicker formula then he was prescribed a special formula and carobel which is a formula thickener which resulted in me nearly pulling my hair out as to what teat to use to prevent baby getting frustrated during feeding times because he couldn't get the formula out of the teat!These were perfect and he manages to suck fine no matter what thickness the feed is.

Review for Tommee Tippee bottles and teats: I swear by Tommee Tippee bottles...in my opinion they are the best make out there. This is my second set of these. The first set lasted a year and a half until my daughter decided to start chewing on the teats and made holes in them. My daughter is 21 months old so technically shouldn't really be using these anymore, but she has autism and refuses to drink out of anything else and panics if I give her anything else to drink from. Also, she has never had a dummy so her bottles are her comfort thing, bless her. I would recommend washing these by hand and not putting in the dishwasher...this was another reason why I decided to purchase a new set. Reason being is because the bottles are easily stained and her last set ended up becoming bright orange...even though I always swill off my plates etc before putting them in the dishwasher, there is always a bit of residue left, especially after an Indian takeaway with the orange ghee residue being...
