Lovely idea but fundamental design flaw, 22 Aug. 2011

I was delighted with this product, as was my young daughter who loved watching the characters rotate. However, as mentioned in another review, the rotating arm does not attach securely to the arm. We had a very nasty incident recently where the main unit fell from the arm, landing directly on my daughter's face and really hurting her. I would not recommend for this reason.

The mobile was bought to match the nursery but we have had to return it as the rotation mechanism doesnt work. The music is also quite loud which cant be adjusted, and tinny as mentioned in other reviews. Bad quality product and much better off with a Tiny Love mobile!

Great mobile, 11 Jan. 2011

My 3 month old was given this mobile and is absolutely enthralled by it. I personally thought it was a bit loud when we first used it and there is no volume control, having said that you can change the melodies from more up-beat tunes to lullabies and my baby has had no problem falling asleep listening to them and when she is in a playful mood, the mobile keeps her entertained for quite a while.The only thing which stops me from giving this product 5 stars is the fact that ours seems to stick and after a while stops rotating. We have only had this product a couple of weeks so will try and return it and get a replacement. I hope this problem is a one off as my baby loves this mobile (even when its not working properly!).
