TOMY Jumbo's Jamboree is available in Teaching Clocks
This clever elephant on wheels will roll merrily along playing a happy tune Jumbo has an extra trick up his trunk. Pull him apart into seven pieces and you have an orchestra on your hands! His trunk is a trumpet... his matching ears rattle, there are pan pipes, a xylophone and more! Each is an instrument to shake, bang, rattle and blow! Colour match his seven parts together like a jigsaw puzzle, then take them apart ready to play a tune. It's party time whenever the Jumbo Jamboree rolls into town. This clever little elephant on wheels will roll merrily along playing a happy tune, with toddlers following in his wake to get a better look at all his lively colours. But Jumbo has an extra trick up his trunk. Pull him apart into seven pieces and you have an orchestra on your hands. His trunk is a trumpet. His matching ears rattle, there are pan pipes, a xylophone and more. Children will love discovering these hidden surprises and experimenting with music and rhythm. And when it's time for the band to move on, there's a matching game you can play. Parts like the trunk and the ears clip on to colour-coded connectors, while stripes on the back help line up the remaining parts in the right sequence. Jumbo's Jamboree develops memory (he is an elephant, after all) and helps refine motor skills as your little one works out how to piece together the different pieces for a really satisfying end result. The tune that sounds as he rolls along and the music the children can play with the instruments all make for a journey of discovery and creativity.

This is a very toddler's dream! A brightly coloured toy gorgeous looking 'Elie' and the opportunity to make lots and lots of noise!
This lovely toy comes apart to make several different musical instruments, this offers great opportunities for sharing amongst a few children, to create a little Orchestra.
Children loved making sounds with this. There's a xylophone, the nose becomes a trumpet, and there are maracas and shakers. There is no doubt that this is noisy, but I thought this is a fantastic toy.
Once apart it will be too complex for a very young child to put together but for children around 3 it provides hours of fun!
Like all Tomy products, this is exceptionally well made, it's also very bright and colourful and appealling to small children.
This provides great opportunities for putting together skills and requires a little bit of thought aand logic as it fits together like a jigsaw.
In its complete form Ellie...

I'm a big fan of this type of toy which covers a lot of fine motor skills for babies and toddlers. If you buy it for a baby from around 12 months of age, do be aware that they won't be able to do all of the activities involved.
Blowing a trumpet and a harmonica will be beyond them for some time yet. However, that also means that the toy will have play value to engage the child for much longer.
Babies from around 10 months to a year will be able to use the integral drumstick to hit the keys on the xylophone and bang the drum, also shake the bell shakers on the ears.
I would strongly dispute the description that the target gender for this toy is male. This has been obtained for a small female visitor to our house and is a toy for both boys and girls. The elephant happens to be blue, but he has big pink ears.
The UK's greatest percussionist, Dame Evelyn Glennie, is female. There is no reason why girls should not play with toys like this and many...
