Some bad design and then stopped working, 12 Jan. 2015

Though initially we thought this was a reasonable monitor for the money (it's a replacement one so we've road-tested a few) it stopped working completely just over a month after purchase. The parent monitor just died never to be resuscitated.Prior to that my 2 complaints were the brightness of the lights on both monitors. The normal operational light (ie it's just on, the nightlight is off) on the baby end is much brighter than it needs to be. Casting quite a bit of light and weird shadows around the room of 2 kids who are used to the dark. And the parent end lights your room up like a disco if it's charging (fairly standard to do this overnight in my view) or if there are any coughs and snuffles. I could see the light through closed eyes so had to take to wearing a sleep mask!

Nice monitor but useless clip!, 29 Nov. 2013

This is a nice looking monitor and does the job but beware of the belt clip to clip it to you when walking around, it constantly detaches if I bend and crashes to the ground I have tried placing it in different areas on me but the clip will detach at the slightest provocation! luckily the unit still works and I have taken to placing it in my pocket, only problem is the volume buttons then activate as they are very sensitive to touch and there is no way of locking them!

Wow the lights are bright, 31 Jan. 2015

Bought this monitor to replace a BT one that broke. The sound very clear. No static at all, but the lights on the parent monitor are so bright it kept us awake. It was like Blackpool illuminations.
