My 3yo bought this as a first birthday present for her baby sister. Within half an hour, one of the wheels had come off, revealing a tiny plastic washer, which, luckily, I grabbed before the baby swallowed. I would hope this is a one off, because the toy itself is lovely now we have repaired it.
