Outstanding Customer Service, Super Fast Delivery, Fantastic Product, 22 Mar. 2012

The customer service from this seller has been nothing short of outstanding. We were at first unable to have this product delivered to us in the Czech Republic however upon contacting the seller direct they responded extremely fast and contacted Amazon to enable their product to be delivered to this part of the world, and at a very low delivery price despite the weight of the item. Extremely accomodating and helpful so thank you. We ordered the product on Wednesday 21st October and unbelievably it arrived the following day.

As for the product itself I cannot recommend this enough. It is of an excellent quality and unlike some of the other easels I have seen it can be stored away easily and does not take up a lot of space. Great Gift, 16 Jan. 2013
I bought this as a Christmas present for my 2 year old daughter, she absolutely loves it. She loves chalking and drawing on the chalk board side and we are able to make pictures with the wooden shape blocks. She is just about getting the hang of naming shapes, so for educational value the different shapes are a good tester of her knowledge. The alphabet letters are a nice touch, she is a little young to fully understand them yet, but we are just learning the alphabet song, so I do try to point the letters out to her as we sing along. Hopefully they will come in useful too when we start spelling words out. I love the fact that it folds down flat for easy storage, the only slight niggle I have is that she has watched me fold it flat and now realises that the chalk board simply slides out, so this appears to be a new game and I'm worried about her trapping her fingers in the sides. Other than that a fab present and well worth the money.

Versatile and appealing, 5 Jan. 2012

This easel was a perfect Christmas present for my 22 month old daughter used under supervision (younger than the recommended age) but my nearly 5 year old loves it equally. It is much more interesting than it looks in the photograph. It contains magnetic alphabet pieces, magnetic wooden colourful shapes, a whiteboard pen, chalks, an eraser and design cards to give ideas for making pictures and scenes with the magnetic shapes. It is attractive and traditional looking, good sturdy quality but nice and portable and offers a lot of interest in one toy. The only negative is that the wooden frame is not resistant to the white board pen, as we discovered! Any marks could be sanded down however. Changing it from blackboard to whiteboard is manual so too difficult for a little one like my daughter, but a minor downside. I have transferred the magnetic pieces etc to a small carrycase as they come in plastic bags. This is not a two-sided easel in the traditional sense - two children would...
