I introduced the potty early at about 4 months to help out baby stay dry for longer and it works well. The potty is not too big so he can now sit on it with bit of help (at 6 months) so I wonder how the size works for 2 year olds.Works well for us. It's well made and inexpensive.

Potty training for super heroes, 9 Oct. 2014

Potty training is never easy, but this does have some appeal that at least gets my little one to sit on it--like a super hero :) It's sturdy and easy to clean, and the logo is still in tact after all the wear and washing. Can't go wrong for the price.
