It provides great support, however the small size is just that bit tight and small for me. I think the medium would have been perfect. I feel optimistic that once I lose a bit of weight I will be able to use this more. At the moment it feels uncomfortable but with not fault of the band.I totally recommend this product and am happy to have bought this at a discounted rate.
