I can't believe this actually works!, 14 Jun. 2015

I don't class myself to be an excessive sweater. But in summer I do get tend to get chaffed underarms due to sweating and friction. I bought this (off the men's shelf at Boots because it was cheaper than the ladies shelf - doesn't actually say for men and not a manly smell).

It does take a while to dry, around 20 minutes, but since this is applied at night time it's not as big as an inconvenience. It's quite 'thick' and you can definitely tell there's something on your skin but you're going to sleep so again it doesn't matter. I washed it off in the morning still sceptical that it'd keep me dry.

Spent the day shifting furniture etc and to my astonishment I felt my arms and they were completely dry - even after just one application. The bottle says it could take two weeks, perhaps this is aimed at particular heavy sweaters. I am very happy that there is an anti perspirant that does what it's meant to. Triple Dry (Linden Voss) roll-on Deodorant, 13 July 2013
I first used Triple Dry deodorant (originally called Linden Voss) some 50 years ago. It's definitely my preferred deodorant, but the roll-on version doesn't perform as well for me as the now-discontinued cream version did.

Great product. Despite using an antiperspirant, I had terrible trouble with underarm wetness that badly stained my shirts (especially dark colours). After trying different products which didn't work I found this - brilliant. (I saved the stained shirts too by making a paste of bicarb of soda and water, applying it, leaving it for a couple of hours, and then washing them as usual). Glad this problem is solved at last.
