This chair is very functional and very comfortable. However the product locking mechanism was damaged prior to opening, one of the plastic latches had snapped off and was loose in the packaging; therefore meaning we cannot lock the chair in the maximum reclined position.I cant be bothered returning the product due to the effort required, shouldn't be too difficult to repair, but still disappointed.Assembly was very simple but i believe a pregnant woman would have some difficulty putting this together with the force required to screw into the dowel joints for the arms.
