Smaller than expected, 15 April 2017

I like it, but it is a lot smaller than I expected.I expected it to be the height of a laundry, or kitchen bin, but it isn't anywhere near that size.Have to say the opening is also quite small, if you are using cloth diapers it may be a feat to get them in without touching the sides, so do be aware of this.As other people have said, it still lets smells escape, so in my opinion you have to use nappy sacks still.

The Ubbi diaper pail looks great, it holds a lot of nappies and is very easy to use. Since it does hold a lot, when you open the little trap door to drop-in a new nappy, you get pummelled with the wonderful odour that wafts up to your face; it's quite pleasant indeed. Changing the bag is pretty easy, you open the lid, pull the old one out and drop in a new one; any bag will do. Please do this outside, away from anything living if at all possible, as the aroma is quite noxious. I purchased two.
