At £18 at the time of purchase, I’d say this is a reasonable product for the price. It’s an effective two piece sunshade system to help protect rear side passengers from glare and heat. It gets 4 stars because although it solves once of the problems of conventional sunshades, it also creates one.

In summary, it’s made of thick stretchy netting, said to protect against UV rays. The material slips over the open car door, completely covering the entire window. I’ve got a reasonably large car and the width of the window I used the shades on was 43 inches at its widest point. I don’t think the shades would stretch much wider than that.

Pros: I think it would fit most car windows and unlike conventional shades, this set of shades allow you to have the windows down while still protecting passengers from glare. The product also seems well made.

Cons: If you are using the shades in variable British weather, you will have to remember to remove them every time...

Ok...I'm LOVING these new car shades or should I say shade sox. I highly recommend them.Besides sun protection, they provide privacy, are easy to use, prevent bugs from coming in & allow you to still lower the windows for air.
