The best hair product on the market hands down!, 8 May 2014

This product i have used for around 4 years now and it has done more then justice. It's just amazing and it's very clever what VO5 have done. They have made this product like a thick but runny firm cream so it's really easy to apply to the hair but gives an amazing finish. I have to admit it's not a dry matte finish if you know what i mean more natural finish which is one of the reason i love it. Let me just say i have used American Crew, Hanz De Fuko, Bed Head, Baxter of California and lots of other VERY expensive brands and NOTHING compares to this product. I think a lot of people will look at it as any other VO5 'super market' hair styling product but i promise this is like no product you will have ever used in your life. I promise you that you won't be disappointed if you buy this product. Couldn't live without this, 3 Jan. 2014

Not much to say beyond this was recommended to me and I love it and have used for years now.Following advice for my stylist, I always use a small amount of mouse and blow dry my hair into desire shape/style and then apply a small amount of the paste once hair is dry. This are possibly well known directions, but I used to apply it to wet hair for a long time and much happier with results now.

Used to be great, gone downhill recently, 7 Jun. 2014

This used to be my favourite product - reasonably priced and great quality, just what I needed to keep the hair under control. However, the last few units I purchased have all had the same problem - the paste has these countless tiny 'bits' in it that are grainy and and white. You can feel them every time you rub the paste in your hands before application - it feels like it has been mixed with sand. Once the product is applied they are visible on the hair and it is covered in small white bits that look like dandruff. It is not a good look, especially on dark hair and very annoying as I then have to spend ages after that picking them out. Quite a shame really because as mentioned until then the product was my favourite and I was very pleased by it. I thought I was just unlucky having purchased one or two units that were 'off' but every single one I have bought for the last year or so has had the same problem and I will now have to go and search a replacement product.
