Excellent quality and perfect fit. These protectors have a terry towelling top, and do not feel plasticky at all. They are also not noisy when in use. I made the bed with the Velfont protector covering the mattress, then a quilted mattress protector, and then a fitted sheet, and it's perfectly comfortable - you don't even know that there's a waterproof protector on the bottom. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the waterproofing, as we have not 'tested' this.When washed they took a long time to dry, but as other reviewers mentioned this, I bought two so I have a spare while the other is being washed.Am very happy with my purchase and can recommend this product.
