This gadget is just not powerful enough to remove mucus from a baby's nose. I appreciate that babies are "delicate" but surely it should at least replicate the power of human suction using a manual nasal apirator? The spraying of the saline in the nose is painful too. Too cumbersome and replacement solution required etc. Don't waste your money!

When I bought this product, it had no comment at all. So I thought I should help others by posting one after I tried it for myself. I just used this on my 7 month old baby girl for her runny nose, and it works!!! She didn't like it as it was noisy and It's a bit of a hassle setting it up and with no clear instructions but it gets the job done!!

I definitely not recommend it. Suction is not powerful enough. This doesnt clean the nose at all and the noise of machine scared my baby .Don't waste your money!
