Very good for us, 30 May 2013
I had read the other reviews with some degree of trepidation before i took the plunge and tried this out for myself but i am glad i did because my other half is extremely happy. Our little one Violet is breast fed and my o/h always feels excluded because i am the one that is feeding her constantly and she wont take to bottles no matter what we try,I had tried the Philips avent bottles and the tippee bottles and she wouldnt have any of it and so i thought i would try these and miracle of miracles after some gentle coaxing she does. Now she wont do it all the time and she will only take it off my o/h at night when she knows i am asleep the little devil, and so i have a medela breast pump which i have been using which has been a godsend and so now my hubbie can get up for the baby in the night and feed her with no trouble whatsoever.Happy hubbie and happy baby.

Good, but not sure they are better than others, 16 April 2013
These bottles were road tested by my friends little boy who is 4 months old. He has been breastfed but has recently moved to a mixture of both breat feeding and bottles. When we tried this bottle he took to it easily enough and there were no crying fits that made us think the bottle wasn't up to the job. Having said that, although the bottle claims to have all this new technology, I'm not sure we could distinguish what was "so much better" about it than other brands. It claims to have (their words not mine) patent-pending FlexZone technology, the teat stretches and adapts just like a mother's breast; this bottle is as natural and similar to a breast as possible. Well, frankly I'm not sure I buy that but like I said it did the job! They are well marked out for measuring, and are easy enough to dismantle and put together. The bottle seem like good quality and are sturdy, but in all honesty apart from price they aren't that different from other brands.

a good feeding bottle, 30 Jan. 2013

These bottles are 240ml (8floz) maximum capacity and have an unusual shape, but I am not sure that I like the shape.

The bottle is at its widest near to the babies face, this means that my view of the child's face is obscured. I always watch the child's face when (s)he is feeding so that I can see that they are all right and are not struggling or in any distress. I know that it probably makes me an obsessive, but I would sooner be sure that (s)he is ok than take the risk.

I also found this difficult to hold when feeding, but I have small hands.

The only thing stopping the liquid from escaping is the covering lid. You need to line it up with the plug at the top, if you miss that then the milk leaks out into the lid.

I have tried (not at the sucking end obviously) the

feeding...
