I bought 2 different support belts and this one has been my favourite by far. Supporting both standing and sitting it has made all the difference to me and means I can get out an about without pain. It's often one of the first things I put on in the morning and one of the last I take off at night as it's so comfy I don't really notice it. I will note that I was experiencing upper stomach and upper back pains from the weight of the bump, not pelvic girdle pains, so something to keep in mind if you are getting one; I don't know how useful it would be for that. Very happy with this product.

This has been really good for me and works wonders; since I've gotten in my third trimester I've been having lower back and pelvic pains as my tummy started to descend lower into my pelvic area. The maternity support belt lifts that extra pressure off my back and pelvis and it's become much easier to walk around. Obviously I don't wear it 24/7 but even for an hour or two it helps tremendously.
