Received these today for my twin boys who just love to tip their drinks over or squeeze the spout so the drink pours everywhere and so far I am impressed, learnt the technique in minutes and so far haven't been able to tip any out or splash it around, wish I had these months ago!

Great for breastfed babies, 28 Mar. 2015

Breastfed babies normally don't need much or at all supplementing with water, therefore I haven't introduced bottles, training cups etc to my baby. However, when the time came to go back to work I had to find a solution so that we don't need to worry for her hydration while I am away. I was planning to jump straight to an open cup for my 13-month old but all the spilling, tossing, clothes-changing and floor-whipping made me cave in and buy this Wow cup which is the closest I could find to an open cup (after a few unsuccessful tries with other cups) - it is the same technique of drinking-lips on the lid and lifting the cup (which doesn't have handles) with hands, it even involves some gentle suckling which I think is great for breastfed babies who are used to putting some effort in their drinking and this is more familiar and gives them the sense of control that they are used to. Not suited to under 2 year olds, 13 Sept. 2015

I don't think this is suitable for an 18th month old as my daughter struggles to sip from the wow cup, she gets very tired, takes a lot of effort. So have gone back to a normal drinking glass, I found she was drinking less with wow cup. More suited to toddlers in my opinion. It also stated spill proof, that all depends on how you fit the lid on, the rubber seal around the lid will soon ware out & will leak. As mine is leaking now. Only a week old.
