Ordered this to revive a 30 year old pendulun wall clock. Was well packed and delivered in the specified time. As I had a gold clock face I needed to paint the glod hands a matt black using model paint and brush, works a treat and am very pleased. Will use shop again thankyou.

When the item arrived, it was missing a vital nut. I asked the supplier for a replacement nut, as sourcing the precise item myself would be difficult. The supplier then sent a complete total replacement, which I shouldn't complain about, but seemed unneccessary as a nut in an envelope would have sufficed. The replacement arrived, complete with nut, but the replacement pendulum was slightly bent on its cardboard packaging. I didn't need this, having my original, but I mention it only to warn that this can happen.So no problem with supplier, item fine and fit for purpose - if it arrives intact and complete.Item easy to fit in my clock housing and looks great now on my wall.
