Its a good buy, does exactly what it's asked for. The extra spotlight is very helpful and I would recommend buying this product. The only downside is it's a little noisy.

Was sceptical ordering this product as I have always used Braun or Phillips. Decided to give it a try due to the good reviews and price. It arrived with a broken epilator head that wouldn't work at all. Bad burning smell came from it when I tried to use it. The shaver head that comes with it did work. What a nasty piece of equipment. If you have ever used Braun or Phillips don't buy this. Rather spend the extra money on something far more superior. Amazon was brilliant on the return of the faulty machine and I received my refund straight away. I have since bought a Phillips epilator/shaver for double the price and the difference is like driving a Rolls Royce, not a broken down scooter. I repeat, the epilator head was broken so my review is based on the shaver head. If the epilator head is as nasty as the shaver head was, I'm glad it was broken.

I previously had an epilator which was very good and had removable heads which were easy to remove and clean. After a few years the blades became blunt and would not actually work. I decided to purchase this product because it was advertised as cordless and had a separate lady shaver, which I thought would be convenient. The epilator blades are as blunt as my old used epilator and not effective at all. The red plastic sides on the head also broke off, it is very difficult to clean and the device overall feels quite flimsy. I am unsatisfied with this product and feel for the money paid it should be of a much higher standard.
