This cream is excellent.The cream seems to also heal sore skin and healed some previous nappy rash. Since using this cream my son has had no Nappy rash. (However it should be noted that we clean with cotton wool and water rather than baby wipes).Smell: The cream Smells good. Good for boys and girls. Its not a girly smell or like an old ladies perfume / Toilet blocks either.Packaging: In a tube NOT TUB. Easy to dispense (without having to dip finger again and again into tub for example).Baby products are usually far too smelly for no reason. I find that some of the baby products are fragranced and smell awful. As a father this product is very good and makes nappy changing much more pleasant experience.

My baby has used this all her life and at 6 mo + has never had nappy rash- fabulous product- I also used it around her neck, under her arms and around her ankles when ever a rash occurred and it cured it easily. Fab-u-lous!

We use this regularly and it works on my toddler - it's not overpowering and it seems to work as a barrier cream as well as getting rid of redness and rashes. I only use it sparingly and it's excellent
