Only one that works for me!, 30 May 2012

I tried almost everything to increase milk supply, but always run out in the evenings. I tried 2 other nursing teas which I bought from Amazon & I tried Fenu Greek capsules. They didn't help me.I take this tea the 4th day now (in combination with the Fenu Greek). I make myself a 1 Litre flask with one teabag twice a day & drink that throughout the day. Not that hard to do, the tea tastes pleasant.I am not just able to feed my little one now, I even started to freeze some expressed milk. Not sure if taking the Fenu Greek is necessary, but will do it until I run out.

Tasty but not sure whether it actually works on milk production, 13 Feb. 2011

I enjoy this herbal drink a lot, however I am not sure whether it does improve lactation. Even when drinking 5 cups of this per day, I do not have enough milk. Maybe it would be worse if it wasn't for this, who knows!
