Basically pump is making it's work, but what i didn't like that upper part of the device, from where actually you are getting product, is not attached or secured anyhow on the rest of the thing. So if you just take the bottle with despenser on it and turn it like half way down let's say most of the devise will stay on the bottle but upper part which you are pressing to get the shampoo will fell down. Probably it won't bother somebody but still i believe it's inconvinient.

I ordered a pair of these for my Wella Brilliance 1000ml shampoo and conditioner bottles and they are perfect. They are bulky and give the impression of being robust and well made. As the previous reviewer mentioned, the top part does just sit on the tube but this does not bother me and I think it has been designed that way so that any blockages can be flushed through easily. Excellent price and very fast delivery. I would definitely order again.

Pump works but it sits loose on top of the conditioner bottle. So I would would not recommend it.
