Wella Repair Shampoo is great but not the same as the picture, 27 Mar. 2013

I love Wella Repair Conditioner and I will never stop using it. It makes my hair lovely, silky and shiny. However, when I ordered this product, the picture shows a pump attached to the 1L of conditioner - and this is why I chose the more expensive bottle, because this one had a pump attached. I have looked at the pumps separately and they are about £10 each. So I thought to myself, buy the more expensive bottle as the picture shows a pump.When the conditioner turned up however, it just had a screw cap lid, which is great - If I had a pump to attach to it. So i find I am using more of the product in the shower because I am having to pour it out of the bottle. I wouldn't mind if I had chosen to get one without a pump but the fact is I wanted a bottle with a pump and I havent got one. So I'd be hesistant at buying from them again as they don't send what the picture shows.

Sadly, I was disappointed with this purchase. I thought the consistency of the conditioner I received was especially thin. I've never experienced this before with Wella SP shampoos, conditioners or masks as I've always known them to be thick.
