This product was NOT the original Wen, it lathered on my hair, the label was incorrect, it didn't even smell correct. I will not be buying this again from Amazon.

I am writing this review to save any other sucker being tempted to try wen,its not worth the heart ache.I have been using wen since the beginning of Jan,it made my hair fall out in handfuls and is noticeably thinner,so much so that it has been mentioned several times by other people.I started to read up in this product and it would seem i am far from alone with this problem.I have now gone back to my normal shampoo and ny hair is no longer falling out but still remains thin.Im going to make a proper complaint but for now ci can at least warn others about this so called miracle product! Gutted.

I bought this product directly from Wen's website but felt it important to leave this feedback here as well. Please read up on the reviews of this range before you try it. My personal experience was that it built up some sort of disgusting residue all over my hair after using it for a few weeks. The condition of my hair didn't improve, but this layer of gunk was there. I used the product exactly as the instructions said and even checked demonstration videos to make sure I was doing it perfectly right. My hair was finally so dirty and unmanageable that I washed it with normal shampoo again. The water that rinsed out of my hair afterwards was almost black with dirt. This product doesn't clean your hair. To make matters worse, Wen scammed me by taking more money out of my account for 'repeat purchases'. By far the worst are the reviews online about this product. A large amount of people complained about hair loss. Some have bold spots after using Wen. Please be careful with this product.
