These socks look and feel fab, but unfortunately my 3yr old son hates them. Despite having worn slipper socks before with no problems, he gets very distressed every time he wears these and refuses to walk in them. I only managed to coax him into taking a few steps the first time he wore them; the way in which he moved suggests to me that they feel strange and would take some getting used to. He kept saying they were 'too sticky', which of course is a good thing from a pair of slipper socks but my guess is they feel, to my son at least, quite uncomfortable. That could just be personal preference, as to me they seem well made and very snug!

These slipper socks are great quality and my daughter loves them. I am not keen on slippers with hard soles as they don't bend easily when the child walks and I wanted something my 2 year old daughter could take on and off herself. At first she complained that they felt bumpy when she walked (because she could feel the grippers) but I told her to run around a bit and she soon got used to them and forgot about the bumps. I saw them for sale elsewhere for twice the price so I was happy to spot them on Amazon for £4.

Before my little one could walk and started crawling these were essentials. Then once he walked they were allies to avoid accidents on slippery surfaces and now at 2 still wearing them as slippers at night. So great and growing buy!
