IMPORTANT - BATTERY INFORMATION
The unit will not function with rechargeable batteries and these must not be used. Also, the unit is very sensitive to the quality of battery used and only functions consistently with non-rechargeable Duracell or Energiser brands.
IMPORTANT - HUMIDITY STICKER
There is sticker inside the unit which indicated moisture ingress. This is normally white, but if it has turned red or pink it shows that the unit has got damp inside and this is invalidates the warranty, as per the instructions sent with the item.

Great product used with my 6 year old who had never had a dry night ever - had tried lifting her before we went to bed, limiting drinks, potty by bed and night light, no pull ups but she would just sleep through and wet the bed (didn't wake up). For first few nights we kept the pull ups on and clipped alarm to the outside of them and alarm worked fine, we only did this for first few nights till we figured out how to use the alarm and had made sure that we (well me heard the alarm and woke up) once we were comfortable with it and the routinee of once the alarm went off I went into her bedroom turning her light on and talking loud to ensure she was awake and then walked with her to toilet making sure we didn't turn the alarm off until she was actually sitting on the toilet (I read this tip somewhere else not to turn the alarm off too soon, wait until in toilet as this helps them associate the alarm noise with the toilet - something to do with the brain). I very rarely feel compelled enough to write reviews on products, however, this has honestly changed our son's life.
After reading other reviews on how after 10 days their child was dry, i thought it was worth a try.
My son is almost 6 and has never been dry. He has always been in nappies and then pull up's. We tried a two week period of no pull up's and he was wet every night, even sleeping through on the soaking wet bed until the morning. His self esteem was taking a knock so he asked to go back to pull up's. We tried every known way of trying to help him,(lifting, restricting drinking after 5pm) but he was so sound asleep, nothing would help.
We tried the alarm in half term, as i didn't want him to be tired at school.
