Very poor quality bag, 12 May 2012

I had to return this item as it was very poorly made. I live up two flights of stairs and hoped a stair climbing trolley would help me get the shopping up there but I wanted something that looked reasonably stylish and not old lady tartan. This was not it - it looks a lot less good in real life. The front flap had come unstitched from the body. The item had several other defects - knocks and dents on the underframe, marks on the front of the body of the bag. It is poorly manufactured, with unfinished bits of plastic and a cheap and insecure rope drawstring in a very flimsy nylon binding. It looks as if it would fall apart after using the drawstring 3 or 4 times. I must say I am very disappointed; this looked like a nice stylish stair climbing shopping trolley but it is not - my existing ordinary trolley, bought on a street market for £12 is better made, sad to say.

Excellent delivery, description as described. Tri-Wheels take strain of not haveing to lift up and down kerbs, stairs etc. I wish I could get same sort of trolley but with smaller bag but same long handle for doing lighter shopping.
