I have been using these cloths for over a year now. It's an economical and non-chemical way to clean your face. It takes make up off, exfoliates skin, it doesn't leave a cleanser film on your face allowing the moisturiser to work. Ideal for those with sensitive skin as there is nothing to react to - just water. Some reviewers have rejected it on the grounds that it looses softness after being washed but that makes it ideal for exfoliating and you certainly couldn't describe it as rough. I can't vouch for its effectiveness with waterproof make up as I don't wear it but it removes my mascara without having to rub and the residual marks are easy to rinse from the cloth by holding it under the tap. Over time the cloth does loose it's brilliant whiteness but all cloths probably would. It's a sensible alternative to soap and water or cleansers. It's the most natural and effective cleanser I know of and my skin is much clearer and has a more refined look since I started to use it.
