Chose based on price and style, son loves it. The initial chair was delivered missing some fixings but a replacement was dispatched and arrived the next day. Customer service was very helpful and delivery was prompt. Husband found it straightforward to assemble.

This is my second high chair and although I am very happy with it, I was a little disappointed that the buckle clasps weren't as I expected. You have to feed the side buckles through the centre loop instead of clipping them both into the centre. This has proven to be a bit of a problem when you have a very restless 2 year old!
