A well crafted educational toy with lots of learning to offer any child of 3+ years., 26 Sept. 2015

I am a big fan of educational toys for children.

As with animals, human children learn such a lot through play, and a toy that is specifically designed for learning whilst playing is usually a hit for me.

This counting stacker is a toy with the main focus on learning shapes (there are 4 basic shapes), and on numeracy (each of the shapes fits to separate wooden pegs - which for which there are 1,2,3 or 4 pegs.

But it has much more to offer than simply shapes and numeracy. A child will learn things such as - colour/size/co-ordination/dexterity/creativity/ logic/etc.

So many potential things to learn from just some pieces of wood, thoughtfully crafted for playing and teaching.

The toy came nicely boxed, packed and well bubble-wrapped.

The pieces are a decent size but even so, I think that it is right for the product to be marked as suitable only for children of 3 tears and over.

A fun way for you child to improve his/her dexterity and geometry skills, 23 Sept. 2015

This is a fantastic educational toy, that is also fun your child.

The base has ten numbered pegs Each peg is designed to hold and support triangles, squares and circles, with appropriate holes relating to each shapes. Placing the shapes onto each peg develops dexterity, colour awareness, and geometry. I like toys that develops skills, rather than just provide entertainment, and this toys does that very well.

My daughter loves this set because:-

• It is great fun

• It allows her solve problems in a fun way

• She gains a lot of satisfaction from knowing which shape corresponds to the number of available pegs

• Her friends can play along with her

Bright wooden geometric shape educational toy, 4 Oct. 2015

This arrived in the manufacturers box with lots of information on the box in both English and Chinese. It has a warning printed on it to be aware of the risk of swallowing due to small parts but that is a standard warning for anyone with children under 3 years of age.

This is a wonderful set of wooden shapes that fit on pegs. There are 4 different vibrant colours and also 4 different shapes. There are 4 of each one so in total 16 wooden shapes. It is designed to help children with hand - eye co-ordination. It is also a nice for teaching children colours and shapes as well as simple maths.

It comes on a wooden flat board with the pegs sticking out of it. The holes on the wooden pieces allow them to fit onto the wooden pegs (2, 2, 3 or 4 pegs).

Highly recommend this as a very good educational toy for young children.
