I love it, but why is it for children 3 year old and above. I think is it suitable for 2 year old children.

Lid doesn't attach., 11 July 2017
In theory this is a good item with nice colours and is a good size. Huge down side is the lid doesn't stay on so when my two yr old wants to turn it over to put the blocks in the side the lid falls off and all blocks fall out. Would I recommend? Probably not as this is a design failure.

It would have been great if the pieces are cut out closely and could stick and hold in their holes for the baby to understand they have got the right shape.
