Very poor administration of the order was followed by discovering a cracked tray, which would have been dangerous for little fingers. It took an age and numerous false courier details before the replacement tray finally arrived. Tray simple to replace. Functions ok but security straps mean smaller babies will slide into uncomfortable positions for eating.

I received this prompt but to my disappointment the tray was broken. I tried to contact the seller several times and they promised me a replacement which I received finally after over 3 weeks worth of headache.Moreover, the design is somewhat lacking. My son slouches in it due to poor style. Doesn't sit comfortably. The tray design is also poor - the beaker space is too small hence useless. It's quite large so takes up too much space - looks cheap.
