Terrible name but good product, 18 Sept. 2012
This product was recommended to me by a member of the medical profession, not a skin specialist naturally. I've used the steroid based creams for some time, they reduced the marks on my skin but left the affected areas soft and sticky, the Sausage Tree Cream was at least as effective but left my skin dry and firmer. I read one review which said this stuff stung when first applied, which it does but not for long and as my Mother used to say if it stings you know its doing something. This may not be the best answer but its the best one I've found so far.

I bought this after spending an absolute fortune on E45, Aveeno, Oilatum and other dry skin creams and products. I had three large patches of eczema which had been around for around two months whilst using the above products. I was then recommended this sausage tree cream by a friend.Within three days it was almost unrecognisable. It had gone from a angry red, itchy, flakey patch of skin to a light blush colour patch of nonitching smooth skin. I couldn't believe how quick it worked.Considering I spent nearly £100 on other products and this cost me £5 I will never go back to using anything else.I 100% recommend this product for eczema and other dry skin conditions.

This Cream was recommended to me by a lady who had lived in Zimbabwe for 30 years. she used it for sun damaged skin.I used the cream as advised and a small area of sun damaged skin on my nose has disappeared after 3 weeks.It is also working on a similar area on my leg.i would advise getting a check by a doctor as well, but this cream has certainly done the trick for me.
